Enabling Customer Satisfaction feedback

Trying to follow the instructions on this page:

But I don't see "project settings" anywhere. I only see "project configuration". Any idea where I can enable this? Could we need to upgrade to enable? We're on 7.0.4.

Hello,

Kindly make sure that you have Jira Service Desk installed. Go to coq item -> Applications and have a look. the Feedback feature is only available for Service Desk projects.
