Hi,
We have created an Outlook email template (form), were staff fill out fields, like Location, Phone, Priority, Description etc and this info comes across to Jira SD.
We are trying to capture the information from the email (Location, Phone, Priority, Description) and it transferred into the corresponding fields within the ticket, without the need of the Helpdesk copying the data from the description manually.
Can this be done ?
