A few Jira Agents have complained that all of their email notifications are delayed and arriving all at once. Did something change recently?

Haven't notice anything on my side nor did I see anything role out relating to JSM notifications.
Haven't seen issues reported lately in the regard on the Atlassian status page either.
The only thing I could think of is to have the agents take a look at their personal email settings and see if they have the email grouping turn on.
