Email notifications not working in my Cloud account using a verified domain in my support center

Hi -

 

I set up our company domain and got the domain verified. Then when I changed the "email from" for our in the Jira Support Center notifications area and submitted a test ticket or even when I am configuring the customer notifications and hit "send test" nothing gets sent. I used the notification helper, which states it was sent. 

 

I am not sure what to do to get our email notifications sending correctly from our own domain.
