I have a use case where a custom app (AWS) support form generates an email with a no-reply address. We would like that email to be sent in to our JSM mail handler to log a ticket, however in testing we have found that the customer in the ticket is set to the 'noreply' address.
Is there any way that we can customize the mail handler to set the customer by default to the address listed as the 'Reply to' address, rather than the address that the mail comes from?

When receiving requests by email in a Service project, Jira will recognize the "From" as the reporter, and currently, it's not possible to configure it to make Jira get the Reply-to to add as the reporter.
