ERROR: Comments field not available for edition

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi, Comments field is not available for edition. when restart computer it is ok but after couple of edition, it is not available anymore. Note that when this issue is present, a loading icon is shown on police setting bar. Edit field for other field like Progress summary (without police bar) are OK.
