E-mail import not working

Hello,

Although, i see e-mail "No problems found with email settings configuration.
Successfully connected to the specified email server." notification, can´t receive unfortunately e-mail.

 

Settings are under as i wrote.

 

Outgoing Mail: On

Email puller: On

Email processor: On

 

Can you please help me?

Reading the details you provided, I understood that you are not receiving notification, please correct me if I'm wrong.

If that's the case, what notifications you are not receiving? Is it the notification when a ticket is created and updated?

Is it happening to all tickets?

As you are using Service Desk, please confirm if the "Request type" is correctly filled, because that's the field that will trigger a notification for customers.

Also, are you the reporter and assignee of the ticket?

Is it happening to all customers?

On Jira Service Desk there are two types of notifications: For agents and for customers. Please, let us know what type of notification you are not receiving.
