Hello,
we have unfortunately the issue that the mails are imported and the tickets are created by the plugin, however no mailtext (body) is indicated in the description field of the issue.
If I check the imported e-mail under the tab "e-mail" the mailbody texts are inidicated without any problems.
Does anybody has an idea what the issue can becaused by?
