I am new to JIRA service desk & considering it as self-service portal for end user to request access to various applications.
Is it possible to have two-level approvals : first approval to end user's line manager & second approval to respective application owner ? For example, if A request access to billing application, approval request will be sent to A's manager & Billing Dept manager. And if B request access to HR application, approval sent to B's manager & HR Dept manager.
Can it be implemented by single workflow or do we need separate workflow for each application ? Do we need add-on for this feature ?
