Hey,
We have recently upgraded our JSM data centre to version 10, and it appears that our field pickers are not working from within our portal requests.
The data is linking ok (we're pulling from an Assets custom field) but the picker is not finding the results, even when they show in the limited list below the field.
We use the field for customers to select themselves, when raising a request, so this is a big issue for us
any help would be appreciated
thanks,
James
Hi @James Gibbs
Welcome to the community.
Is there any details in the logging and can you use the fields when creating an issue from the project directly?
Hi @Marc - Devoteam
Thank you
No I don't appear to be able to select from the fields when creating an issue either. I can select from the limited drop-down (of 20 items) but cannot search by typing, even if they appear in that limited list they still do not auto-populate and allow me to select
thanks

Hi @James Gibbs
So the issue seems to be with the custom assets fields.
Maybe check the configuration of the fields, or raise an issue at Atlassian Support

Ok thanks @Marc - Devoteam
The configuration looks correct and is an exact copy of our production instance (still at v9) which works correctly.
I will raise an issue; thanks for your assistance

Keep me posted on the progress, always interesting to see what the issue is/was.
