Does anything happened with the Automation function in Service Desk?

Since yesterday we've been having problems with Automation function.

Our rules were disabled and our tickets are not bringing all of the information required from custom fields!

Hi, 

Hard to say what could happen here without going more into the details. Maybe someone did some changes to the instance? Would be good to check first the logs or Audit Logs for specific Rules.
