In my JSM Data Center instance, i have set up my AD integration to get display givenName as the name of my users. This was done in an attempt to only display the first name of the agents, however some users have more than one first name in our AD.
Is there a way to split the givenName and thorugh that only display the first name? I tried looking into the velocity templates, but i am uncertain what specific values should be changed, and if that would change the name only for notifications.
