Display attached files on a new screen

Does anyone know how you can display the list of attached files on a new screen, pretty much as you get when you look at the main issue screen and can see the individual files.

The Attachments field provides the ability to add new attachments, not view/delete existing.

I don't know of a way that you can change the attachments field functionality as it appears on an issue screen in Jira.  It might be possible to do with a plugin to Jira, but from my search of Marketplace, I did not yet find any plugins that appear to offer this specific functionality.

That said, I found that Jira does already have a somewhat similar view that can be accessed on each issue.  But this view allows you to manage the existing attachments, not specifically add attachments here.  You can access this page by clicking the ellipsis menu ... -> Manage Attachments:

This takes you to a page where you can see who upload the files, see the mime type, as well as have the ability to delete these directly on this page.

Does this help?  Or are you looking for something different from this view?
