Display Inline is not working for some of our users

Hi,

Since last time we upgraded our Jira Datacenter instance (Core and Jira Software to 9.12.25 and JSM to 15.12.25) some of our users can't paste a link to the comment field with display link inline. Each time they paste a link the whole URL is displayed and we want it to be Displayed inline. 

For almost every user pasting an URL Jira is displaying it inline and it was working before our upgrade for those users which this is not working for now.

We have tryid to use different browser to see if the problem is connected to that but it's the same result. 

Is there anyone who have the same problem or knows what causes this behavior.

Hi @Susann Ivarsson ,

I haven't encounter the behavior. However, you mention that some of your users are having this behavior. May want to clear cache and try again to see if the behavior changes. If still having issue, I would recommend raising the issue with Atlassian just in case its an introduce bug.
