On service desk management, there is a bottom to create an issue on the top of the menu,
as I show in the image.
I would like that this bottom can be diseable, because, the users can create tickets from here, and they have other options to create the ticket if I compare it to the option of "reaise a request"
This feature does not exist yet, however, Atlassian is gathering interest on it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4445
