I would like to start a discussion regarding the possibility of using 2 notification schemes for the same Jira Service desk project. Our goal is to have one notification scheme for the email requests and the second for customer portal/Slack integration requests. Any suggestions please ?

There's no way to do this, the notification scheme is by project, not issue type.
