As of yesterday, tables in Service Desk Cloud issues worked for me, but they don't today. When I add a table to a description or comment and then click the Cell Options download, the menu is empty. I've tried it in both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would kindly ask you to share a screenshot of how the tables are showing when you access the ticket.
Is it happening on a classic or next-gen project?
If it's a classic one, are you using the new issue view?
Is it happening to all users?

Originally I tested this myself on two different laptops, using both Chrome and Firefox. I just successfully reproduced it again, to get you a screen shot. In the process I discovered that the real issue was that the drop-down menu for table Cell Options was not missing, it was just showing up very high on the page, not next to the drop-down button (and off the screen unless I scrolled). I screen-shotted that but then forgot to save the screen shot and lost it. The ticket was in a project that was not accessible to another user who I wanted to test it, so I moved it to another project, and the issue went away. I moved it back to the original project, and could not repro the issue. So something was wrong with the ticket itself, I think. If I encounter this issue again, I'll get a screen shot and more data. I was using the new issue view. I think the project is classic, as it's pretty old.
