Determine whether a comment is internal or external in a Jira CSV exports

Hello,

we are using Jira CSV exports for various calculations of KPI’s.

There is currently one information we can't manage to get : it is whether, for a given comment, it is internal or external. 

How could we get this information within our CSV export (all fields) ?

Hi @JBL , 

this feature will be delivered in Jira 8.16 that will release soon, as you can see in the following ticket : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-72187

This means that the CSV export will have the information if a comment is public or internal.

indeed, it does help:

1. it confirms me that it is currently not possible, so it was not just me that missed some important point;
2. I know, thanks to you, that this issue will be solved with Jira 8.16.
