Hey. I have an issue with fields disappearing in the customer portal. Look at this:
When I refresh the page. The Description disappears:
This also applies to any other field I fill in on different request types in the portal. The first attempt after creation it shows me everything but as soon as I refresh the page it all disappears. Is there a setting for this or is it a bug? I am using Jira Service Desk
@Simon Carlstedt, this seems odd for sure. If you repeatedly refresh the page are the results the same? How about other browsers. This seems like a bug and depending on the answers to my questions would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support. When I have a moment I will test my instance for the same.

I just tried in another browser - same issue. Repeatingly refreshing the page makes no difference as well. Did yo try this in your own instance yet?
