Definitive list with CLEAR explanations on cloud vs. non-cloud

I have been looking at Jira Software, Service Desk and Core for different users.  I have sifted through things a bit and discovered that there is not feature parity between cloud and non-cloud.  But I cannot find a COMPLETE list of the differences with CLEAR explanations for this info???

Hi Eddie, 

I am unaware of any such list that would meet your requirements TBH. Things move so rapidly on Cloud that any such list would quickly become dated. Most, but not all, differences are in the "how" things get done vs. the "what". However, there are clearly differences there too.
