I was just looking to see how I add a custom email address... but then got reading about the database cleaner function.
Does this mean that the emails that come into the help desk are deleted after 45 days (unless changed)? I would hope to keep tickets indefinitely.
Also - can a one tell me if push notifications work? Not sure if it’s a feature but I don’t get an alert on new ticket (iOS).
lastly - is it possible to have a custom email per project (ie different customer sites) or is there some way to filter incoming emails into projects?
