Data on one of the Service Desk report "Recently Created Issues Report" when exported in csv format is incorrect. This behaviour has been noticed particularly in the report column "Custom field (Delivery Call Categories)" where incorrect call categories are being reported on the report.
Can you please let me know if it is known issue otherwise any suggestions to overcome this issue is much appreciated.
P.S.: The same report when exported in HTML format brings the correct data
Could you check all your date settings in General configuration are consistent (the java date pattern is consistent with the javascript one - they can be different, for example one showing months as Jan/Feb/etc and the other 1, 2, etc, but they need to be consistent)
And can you give us an example? What do you see on screen and what do you get in the CSV?
The issue what I am facing is not with the Date but with the report data in one of the field "Delivery Call Categories" which is not the same as what it shows on the ticket.
