We've had a few queries from 'customers' regarding not being able to see the conversation thread within the email notifications. Especially difficult for a new participant in the thread to follow what is going on.
How can I add all of the Activity > Comments to the customer notification emails.
I can't find what the variable would be to add to the template.

There are apps that allow for this functionality like Raley Email Notifications and Email this Issue.
