i have created a ticket in the name of a customer.
and when he tries to open it, he is not able, it says incorrect request type.
how can i give them permisions to see the tickets created by our service community, but in the name of the customer?

Did you set the customer request type as well? Something which needs to be done manually when the case is created in JIRA and not from the portal.
Without a valid request type the issues is not visible to the customers.
