Project has required permissions "Voters & watchers permission", but still customers can't able to see any option about watchers in thier tickets. We upgraded recently to latest JIRA. Is this causing issue?

Hi Naveen,
Customers should use the Participants in the Portal to manage "Watchers". It effectively does the same thing.
Otherwise they must have an agent license to manage watchers in Jira.
