Customer portal

I know how to customize portal, type of request and screen to ask request.
I like to customize the way customer is able to add a response in portal for JSD 3.8.1.

I don't want him to be able to add a comment which is not changing the status of the demand.

Is it possible to remove some choices in the detail of a demand detail?

Thanks for the answer.

The goal is to remove "comment"  field to force customer to use "answer to service desk"

I'm not sure what it best practices solution)

You can disabled commenting of the issue based on workflow status.

If it suits you, then do the following:

In workflow for Status Properties, set key/value

jira.permission.comment.user/disabled

If I understand you correctly, you need to uncheck the workflow transition "Show transition in the customer portal"
