Hi Community,
We have been JIRA Cloud using service desk for a few months now. We now have several projects for multiple customer, each has their own "customer portal". We now want to restrict access to the customer by "domain"; for example:
Customer A, with domain "example.com" can only see and raise new tickets under their customer portal.
Customer B, with domain "xxxx.com" can only see and raise tickets under their customer portal.
Each customer will have a separate project. Current settings for A for customer permissions are: Anyone can send a request without logging in (enabled)
Is this doable?
Hello Antonio,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to restrict access to the customer portal based on domains.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks Agelica,
Do you know if there is a workaround in the meantime?

Hi Antonio,
There is no workaround for now. Admins must add customers manually on each project that the customers must have access.
