Customer portal request view
3 questions around the customer portal request view.
- Is there a way to hide/remove this circled section? It seems a bit redundant when all activity is already displaying.
- Is there a way to swap the description/detail section and the activity section. And also have the comment field at the top?
- Is there a way to order the activity from latest to oldest?
