Customer notification - add summary and description info to all in the organization

I have customized the content field with "summary" and "description" so the recepients of the notification should receive the information in the e-mail.

All the customers in the respective organization shall get this notification, just for the "Request created".  The "To" field is set to "Customers involved"

The customer tells me, that the reporter get's the e-mail notificaiton with summary and description information but the rest of the organization just get's the notificaiton that an new ticket has been opened, so summary and description is missing.

Any hints what I'm doing wrong ?

Hi Pat,

Did you look at the customer notification "Organization Added".   Does it have summary and description?  That is the notification that individuals in the organization will receive.
