We are busy configuring our new JIRA Service Desk Cloud.
I have created all my organizations as well as adding the customers within each organization.
I do not have the option to add a name/surname or telephone number to any of my customers?
The only customer information I have is the e-mail address.
Do I need to install something to enable this feature?

Right now Jira Service Desk doesn't have that feature out-of-the-box.
I saw that the feature request for this is in status "Gathering Interest", so be sure to vote and watch to show your interest.
