earlier whenever i create a new customer, the emails were triggered and newly added customer were getting the invitation email. but now whenever i add new customer , the emails are not triggered and why i check the customers inbox, the invitation email isn't there.

Can you make sure your customer notification are enabled
go to your service desk > settings > customer notification and cjheck if they are enabled
