I have a customer that has been using the help desk for tickets and now is getting message you don't have access any more to any service desks.
I deleted her and added her back in to the organization she had been in and it showed her again with the ticket she had previously open ect... but she says she still can't login
Any suggestions on how to get her set up again? Thanks

As a first test, can you please ask her to log in using another browser or incognito mode?
With this test, we will make sure that she is using the right account to log in because sometimes her credentials are kept in cache and maybe when she tries to log in, she is using the incorrect account.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
