Customer can't delete 'closed' issues from the service desk view

I have 1 customer who always sees the closed issues, no matter what is changed in the settings. With others the functionality works in the right way. Anyone a suggestion?

Did you check the resolution field of the Closed issues that this customer is seeing?

Did you check the configuration of this customer and others that working properly?

What is the difference between: Permissions.
