We have been using this feature for 5 months, but since last Tuesday 15th May, customers are reporting errors while trying to close an issue.
After check Jira Permissions on Schema I receive this message:
"Jira Service Desk has overridden this permission", however the "Service Desk Client entry still on the schema"
Could be a change due to a new version? Maybe a Bug?
What do you see in the permission scheme under "Close Issues" Permission ?

So it's self explaining. You have to compare the users role with permission scheme and update the user role with the one which has close issue permission.

I'm sorry but I don't get the point... the user is a Customer user, has no roles on jira. As you can see before the issue (last week) I had the rule for enabling the reporter to close his own issues (just for customers no Jira users).
This has been working since last week so my question is, why? Has it been an update for evading customers to close his own issues?
Must I create a Jira user for the customer? (and pay the corresponding license)
Thanks so much for your help :)
