Hi All,
We have a different projects created in jira with issue created for them. Is there a way to configure the Jira ServiceDesk to allow customers to create a ticket where they can select a project and issue from the project?
So for example we are working on 10 issues for a customer, that customer can then login to the portal and select one of the 10 issues the ticket they are creating relates to.
Thanks
Not sure I follow here but let me throw this out to get the discussion going.
If you go to the portal and click on the "Requests" icon you will be taken to a screen where you can view your requests and filter them. On the top right header you have "Any request type" in a drop down. If you click on that the request types are grouped by project. Does this help?
Thanks for the reply. It was more for customers in the portal to be able to select an issue/story/bug etc.. from an ongoing project that was created in Jira Software.
