Dear Atlassian Support,
I activated customer notifications for comments getting added to a request. Now I want that the customer is getting two emails, when I add two comments within 1min. Unfortunately, the customer just gets one email where both comment events are mentioned (see attachment below).
I first had batch notifications activated, but deactivated it under "systems/batching email notifications". Still only one email gets sent to the customer containing both comments. Why is that? I need a single email for all events, changes etc. Same happens when I change the status of a request and add a comment. Status change and comment are sent as a single email instead of two.
