After upgrading to version 4.4.2, my service desk is not loading anymore the customer notification settings in any project.
Do you guys have noticed any problem like this?
Jeff - Often times issues like this are due to the upgrade and most of the time are fixed by clearing the browsers cache. I would suggest doing this first. If you still have the issue after you clear your cache and you are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox....) I would suggest looking at the logs and seeing what is being logged when you try and load the page.
Thanks for the tips. I cleaned up the cache and tried other browsers, however, the problem still persists.
I have raised a request on atlassian support for that.

We had lots of problems with this upgrade where the service desk application would become uninstalled. Check - Applications.
