we use jira cloud....just a quick question: The mail that is send out to verify the customers account, when he tries to register to the portal page is generated by Atlassian and cannot be modified or can it?

it depends on what you want to modify. You can edit the contents of the invitation here - project > project settings > customer notifications > customer invited
yes this one i know. But the mail the user gets after the registration, where he needs to verify his mail adress to activate the account is not in my hands, right?
