Our Jira Service Desk has multiple customer organizations.
Is it possible to have the JSD issues get a custom issue ID that includes the customer organization? So an issue from customer ABC has the ID "ABC-12" and one from customer XYZ has the ID "XYZ-13", etc. This would make it easy to spot issues by customers when looking at a list.

The issue ID is not something that can be modified, it's pretty fundamental to all of Jira. Why not try adding a label to the issues. You could use your automation to automatically label issues based on a domain email address I believe.
