I registred SD application in current Attlasian account. So, when I try to create new project as a Admin, platform send me notification that it can't create the Service Desk Project for unknown reason (unknown error).
Could you help us, please?
That's the sort of error that makes me want to read logs. However, you're on Cloud, so you can't do it. You'll need to request that https://support.atlassian.com look into it for you.
(Although, there seems to be a few problems with Cloud systems this morning, so I suspect they might be looking at the root causes already)
