Creating A Parent/Child page structure in JSM

Good afternoon, all--

I have a Parent page in confluence with several Child pages below it. I can share the pages with a JSM Knowledge Base, but the pages lose their Parent/Child structure in the KB. How can I retain the same Parent/Child structure in the JSM KB that I have in Confluence?
