I have created a user (service desk agent) and now this user is unable to view the only project we have. I see no option to add the user to a project under the Project settings... I'm stuck on that. Strangely I created another user some weeks ago and everything went well...
go to project > project settings > people and see if they agent is indeed listed there as an agent. If not go to project > Invite team. Note, these instructions are for Cloud so if you are on server they may vary slightly.
