Hi guys,
In the company I work for, whenever there is a new on-boarding, HR will usually raise a ticket to grant them access to our platforms and etc. How do i create a ticket where when HR raises it, It goes into something like this
Main Ticket - Internal platforms
Sub Ticket 1 - External platforms
Sub Ticket 2 - Laptop Allocation
I would also like to have each sub-tasks to have their own workflow but maitain the same name as the main ticket.

You would leverage Automation for this. The specifics depends on your exact needs but something like this maybe...
Trigger - Issue created (HR issue)
Condition - as needed to zero in on your specific case
Action - Create sub-tasks and you can incorporate the parent (triggering) task's summary into the sub-task summary
