Hi, I m finding this difficult to configure and can't manage to solve this.

Documentation at this moment is suffering changes and can't rely on that. Help me figuring this out and have "Operations" setting on my board. As you can see in my attached picture the message sais "I don't have permission to access this page". On left side that is clear that I have admin privileges. What I need to push to be able to see this, I need to set up deployment gating in your CI/CD tool and integrate it using bitbucket.

Hi @DariusRemus Belu

Welcome to the community.

You need to have an agent license, I think you have, but then you need you grant yourself the Service Desk Team role on the JSM project

Hi Marc,
Thank you for replying.

That link you have sent doesn't help me.
In the documentation I have this first step and takes me to "Operations" , this is something that is missing from my board, also if you see the print screen looks like I don't have permission to access that.
I m looking for some "baby" steps which I need to follow and get me there.

Thank you

Hi @DariusRemus Belu

Ah, you are in Jira admin setting operations, not in the JSM project operations.

On the screen you don't see information, if you don't use Jira, but only JSM.

Can you browse to https://admin.atlassian.com/, then the option Apps and Atlassian Apps, what is showing there.

Asl in https://admin.atlassian.com/ find your user and show the details of the user.
