Hi there,
we are using JSD for our customers and JSW for internal ticket processing. So there are often tickets we need to copy from JSD into our JSW and link them to each other.. but this is a bit cumbersome.
Isn't there any way to clone the tickets into JSW?
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
There is a free plugin called Clone and Move For Jira. The plugin is not available for Jira Cloud.
Thank you! I will try that out.
I hoped there is an out of the box solution but at least it is no paid plugin as apparently everything else ;)

Hello here -
I have installed the clone and move jira pulgin. jar on my machine, but don't know what to do next - ie: how to install on JIRA and integrate to SD. I see 2 atlalssian-plugin type xml doc. What do I do from here? How does the plugin work? thanks

BTW - I am using the Cloud version of JIRA, which someone mentioned is not supported? Is there any other solution or add-on available?

JSD has a "create related development issue" function in it that ties the request to the development item better than a simple clone (it has easy automation for "when developer finishes, update request"). It's worth trying that.
