Client ticket history in Jira Service desk

Hello

We use JIRA SD and store clients profile in Insight portal, contacts

I am looking for a report/filter, which is accessable by agents which

 1- Displays list of clients

 2- On clicking on any client displays list of tickets

 

I have developed something like this MS Access where a drop down list contained list of clients, upon selecting a client from the drop down list, the continous form will display all the tickets for that client (which had issue type, comments, ...), This gave single view of client activites.
