Client account is not able to reflect name changes for the project name after the project is created

After the first invite sent to client, they are not able to see the name change that was made to project by the admin. However, all the technicians can see the name changes on their side. Please explain

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please share with us where the project name shows correctly and where it shows wrong?
Have you updated the project name also on Project settings > Portal settings?

Hello Angelica,

The project name shows correctly on the admin(Internal) side after the name change. However, it doesn't reflect that on the customer side.

Hi Sonu,

Thank you for the details.
If you have added another language on your project, this may be the cause.
If you did that, please go to the Project settings > Language support > Click on the language > Portal Content. On this page, check if the name of the portal is correct.

If it's not related to the language, please go to the Project settings > Portal settings and check if the name is correct.
