Hello, I am trying to change a projects notification email address to be [ithelp@email.com] different from the default email address [servicedesk@email.com] but am getting errors with the outgoing mail.
Using o365 smtp to send outgoing mail.
Mail isn't reaching the smtp server and is failing inside of Servicedesk; works fine with the default address but changing the notification email address causes it to be undelivered.
Any help is appreciated!
