Using the next-gen service desk "External service desk" project template.
Very few of the options in the "impacted server or application" field in changes request are applicable. Where would I go to amend this field and its options? Is it even possible (it's a mandatory one).
Obviously I'm a n00b... Did thoroughly look through the project settings and overall Atlassian settings options and quite a few of the discussions in the community but cannot seem to find the start of an answer.
