Changing customer portal

With upcoming change and published documents I have seen this example, where can you customise the portal view so you can display the request types like the below - Ask a Librarian, Customer service desk, etc - our view is different to this with request types one under the other and I would like to update to similar to below - thanks!

if you are on cloud and if you are an admin...

go to your Help Center (main portal screen) and click "Customize". Toggle on the new view.

Note the boxes shown in the example represent Projects. So if you have only one project it is going to be rather uninteresting.

try this Confluence Documentation page. There should be all the information you need. But it works only if you use JIRA Cloud.

Thanks very much for this @Jakub Hanak - I did see this document but I can't see how you change the display of the request types, ie. ours display like the attached and I can't see way to customise the size of the request type box or to change them to display as boxes next to each other etc
